Can I have my suitcase repaired even if the defect is not covered by the warranty?
Yes, you can still have the case repaired. The repair is subject to a charge.

How much does a repair cost?
Repair costs are made up of the material costs, the work involved and the shipping fee (the case can optionally be collected from Emmen). An additional flat rate of CHF 30.00 is charged for third-party brands (more difficult inventory & additional research). Below are some examples of repair prices.

Replacement of a roll incl. material and return shipment of the luggage to a Swiss address (no PO box):

How do I send my baggage for repair?
Please pack your baggage in a cardboard box or wrap it in foil.

Do you also process express shipments?
No, as we generally guarantee delivery on the next working day, provided the order is received by 12.00 noon, there is no option for even faster delivery.
Can I order spare parts?
You can reorder spare parts. Please let us know exactly which spare part you need.
You will find the product information on your warranty card or in the product itself (the serial numbers are located under the inner lining). (no P.O. Box address)
