Delivery dates
Delivery dates are only binding if they have been expressly agreed as binding in writing with PACK EASY AG. In the absence of such an agreement, Pack Easy AG will dispatch the goods - provided they are in stock - within 5 working days of receipt of the order. In the event of delays in delivery in the country of production of Pack Easy AG's suppliers, whether due to strike, lockout, official intervention or other circumstances for which Pack Easy AG is not responsible, the delivery and performance deadlines are deemed to be extended by the duration of the hindrance and by a reasonable start-up period after the end of the hindrance. Pack Easy AG will inform the customer of the hindrance.
Delivery service
Our Swiss logistics partner, the family-owned company Planzer, is reliably on the road for you. If we are unable to meet you in person to deliver the parcels, the Planzer logistics team will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date.
Delivery conditions
For delivery conditions in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, deliveries are free of charge. There are no costs for minimum orders. Postage charges apply for deliveries abroad. The costs are calculated according to the country/delivery address. The amount of the costs can be seen in the shopping cart before completing the order.
Delivery in Switzerland/Liechtenstein takes place within 48 hours (2 working days).
Delivery abroad can take up to 5 days. New goods can be returned within 10 days.
P.O. Box addresses (including APO/FPO addresses) are not supplied. Delivery on Saturdays is not guaranteed.

How much does a repair cost?
Repair costs are made up of the material costs, the work involved and the shipping fee (the case can also be collected from Emmen as an option). An additional flat rate of CHF 30.00 is charged for third-party brands (more difficult inventory & additional research). Below are some examples of repair prices.

How do I send my baggage for repair?

Do you also process express shipments?
No, as we generally guarantee delivery on the next working day, provided the order is received by 12.00 noon, there is no option for even faster delivery.
